Neil graduated from Farnborough College in Business & Sports Studies. He began his career in TV sales with the ITV sales house TSMS before joining BMP Media in 1993.
After 5 years as a TV buyer, Neil was promoted to the Board of what was then BMP Optimum. In 2001, he made the switch into Business Management to head the planning and account management of the Citroen and Reckitt Benckiser accounts (amongst others).
In January 2007, he was appointed as Head of Client Development, with specific responsibility for client and commercial relationships across OMD UK, and for the management of the Communications Planning function.
