Bryan joined Carat Business in 1995 where he first encountered the world of Direct working on clients such as HSBC Asset Management, Abbey National & Dell computers.
In 2000, he moved over to Carat UK to head up the Dell UK account. In addition, he was responsible for a number of direct response focused clients, including Dolphin Telecom, Peoples Choice and helped launch Opodo.co.uk. This culminated in joining the senior management team of Carat’s Direct Communications Department when this was reformed in 2003.
Bryan joined OMD UK in 2004 with the specific brief to help Vodafone develop a direct response communications approach.
Over the last 5 years this has developed into his current role of Head of Performance responsible for the development OMD's approach to multimedia direct response campaigns for all OMD clients including Vodafone, Aviva, Eurotunnel and Weightwatchers. In addition he also acts as a point of consultancy for all our Brand clients looking to develop direct response aspects to their communications.
