Toby joined Manning Gottlieb OMD in 2003 after spending ten years at Zenith Media in their planning department. He was responsible for the Sony Pictures account and in 2005 jointly set up the entertainment department called invENTS which houses all of Manning Gottlieb OMD’s entertainment clients. In 2008 he was promoted to the board. He looks after Sony Pictures, Apple, Eidos Games and Sony PlayStation, responsible for the running of the invENTS department and heads up the outdoor planning and buying within the agency.

Toby is married, lives in East Dulwich, supports West Ham United, and has two young children, a son and a daughter.
