Claire has worked in advertising for the last 14 years, including 2 years at a full service creative agency, and the last 10 years at Manning Gottlieb OMD. She has held a number of positions within the agency, including Business Director, and now Executive Director on the strategic board of the company.

In addition to specific account responsibility for the lastminute.com group, Virgin Trains, Skype, my-wardrobe.com, Age UK, and Shelter, she also runs the Comms Planning department, looking after 70 people and ensuring that they are motivated, inspired and best in class for account management and quality of planning in an ever changing media world. It is Claire’s responsibility to have a vision for comms planning department and how we work with and plan for our clients, constantly shaping and evolving our agency offering to best suit our clients' needs and ambitions.

In addition to Travel and .com business, Claire has experience in Retail (Waitrose, Starbucks, French Connection), Charity (the British Heart Foundation), and Utilities (npower).

Outside of work, Claire loves nothing more than playing a round of golf, having started learning the game 2 years ago and becoming hooked in the process. Albeit a sub 100 round still eludes her.
