Amy started working in HR in 2003 and is now Head of People at Manning Gottlieb OMD. She started her career in Retail and joined OMD in 2007. She has completed her Masters in People Development and is now a Chartered member of the CIPD. She sits on the IPA People Management Group.

In her spare time she loves shopping so it is very dangerous working next to Selfridges!
